Training Environment

In-gym sessions take place in a fully equipped shared gym environment alongside other trainers and members. All coaching is private, 1-on-1, and individualized.


Gym membership required by facility: $50/month (separate from coaching services).

In-Gym 1:1 Personal Training

All personal training packages include personalized programming.

·       Single session: $105

·       8 sessions / month: $760 ($95/session)

·       12 sessions / month $1,080 ($90/session)

·       16 sessions / month $1,360 ($85/session)

In-Home 1:1 Personal Training (Limited Availability)

Includes travel, setup, and personalized programming (+20% premium).

·       Single session: $125

·       8 sessions / month: $912

·       12 sessions / month $1,296

·       16 sessions / month $1,632

Hybrid Coaching (Training + Nutrition)

$450 per month

Hybrid coaching provides individualized, method-driven support with the flexibility to train independently while remaining fully coached.

Includes:

  • Personalized strength training program

  • Nutrition guidance tailored to goals and lifestyle (non-prescriptive)

  • Ongoing program adjustments

  • Regular virtual check-ins

  • Messaging support during business days

  • Periodic in-person check-ins when helpful (local clients)

Specialty Coaching

·       Pregnancy + Postpartum Strength: $125-145/session or 12-week package $1,400-1,650

·       Injury-Informed Strength Training: Priced at standard or specialty rates depending on complexity

·       Strength, Power and Physique Development: Follows standard in-gym rates or structured training blocks
