Sessions focus on movement quality, strength development, and consistency, with programming tailored to each client’s goals, training history, and recovery capacity. Clients may also receive structured guidance for independent training sessions when appropriate.

In-Home 1:1 Personal Training

This option follows a structured, capacity-based approach to training that respects biomechanics, recovery, and life phase — including postpartum and transitional periods.
Programming is thoughtfully adapted to available space and equipment, with an emphasis on strength development, movement quality, and sustainable progress. Clients may also receive structured guidance for additional training days completed independently.

Individuals who have schedule, proximity or other life-phase considerations that benefit from the convenience and privacy of their home for training, including prenatal and postpartum.
Hybrid Coaching (Training + Nutrition)

Comprehensive, method-driven coaching delivered through individualized programming, education, and ongoing support. This approach follows a structured, capacity-based training method that respects biomechanics, recovery, and life phase — while allowing flexibility in how and where you train.
Hybrid coaching includes customized strength programming, nutrition guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle, regular progress check-ins, and thoughtful adjustments based on performance, recovery, and real-life demands. In-person sessions may be incorporated when appropriate or helpful, but are not required.
