Meet Nicki

I work with individuals who want to train with purpose, build strength, and see measurable results over time. My coaching is rooted in structure, accountability, and thoughtful programming — not trends, extremes, or short-term fixes.

I believe progress comes from doing the right things consistently, within the realities of everyday life. Training should feel challenging, focused, and sustainable — not chaotic or overwhelming.

Optimal coaching is built on communication, understanding and trust. I make concerted efforts to foster healthy partnerships with my clients and take pride in the integrity of these relationships.

I’m Nicki Crapotta — a personal trainer and coach with nearly two decades of experience helping individuals build strength, consistency, and sustainable results. With formal education in kinesiology and dietetics, my work blends science-based programming with lived experience.

My coaching is grounded in a structured, capacity-based approach to training — supporting short-term performance and physique goals while prioritizing long-term health, resilience, and adaptability. I believe wellness is built by working intelligently with what’s within your control, accepting what isn’t, and choosing solutions over extremes.

I coach with a balance of grit, empathy, and intuition. My perspective has been shaped by years of training and competition — including bodybuilding, powerlifting, and long-distance running — as well as by navigating injuries, childbearing, and internal health challenges of my own. These experiences reinforced the importance of respecting biomechanics, recovery, nutritional healing, and the body’s ability to adapt over time.

I’ve worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, goals, and life phases, including general fitness, strength training, pregnancy, postpartum, and specialty performance-based coaching. At the core of my work is a focus on building strong, capable bodies that can sustain progress — not just achieve it.

I’m also a mother of two and understand firsthand the realities of balancing training, health, family, and life demands. My coaching reflects that reality: intentional, structured, and designed for longevity.
